My First Combat

The first time I ever saw action with the Vampire Counts was in a skirmish, taken directly from the Games Workshop ® web site. It was a campaign called the the Vampires of Lustria, and this particular scenario was called "Escape with the Pirahna Blade."

The scenario called for a von Carstein vampire thrall, five ghouls, five skeletons, and eight zombies. These are the first troops I painted, and as a result, are not as well done as those I have more recently worked on, at least I hope I've improved.
